After completing a degree in Medicine and working three years as a doctor, I realised my passion laid in managing people and administering processes. Taking a leap of faith, I pursued further studies in ‘International Human Resource Management’ in London. Over the next 22 years, I collaborated with amazing businesses, built and led teams, developed policies, and managed diverse teams across the UK, Ireland, Germany, Turkey, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and USA. As a certified ‘Train the Trainer’ and ‘Emotional Intelligence and Life Coach’ (CEILC), I have conducted numerous training sessions, imparting valuable skills to clients. I am an expert in visitor experience and HR operations with global experience in business development, start-ups, and team management.

Transformation Projects As a dedicated visitor experience champion, I have acquired a track record of building and managing front-of-house teams across various countries and prestigious projects. My experience in London includes being a key member in the opening of the Cutty Sark and managing the Royal Observatory in Greenwich, where I elevated staff morale and achieved record-breaking visitor numbers, with a satisfaction rate of 95%. I played a pivotal role in the operations of the Louvre Abu Dhabi, where I built and managed teams to deliver exceptional visitor satisfaction, resulting in a milestone of 1 million visitors in the first year. My consultancy experience extends to working with the Ministry of Architecture and Design in Riyadh, advising on a new documentation centre and museum, benchmarking against global standards. Additionally, I was involved in the policy review for the Royal Commission of Al-Ula in Saudi Arabia.
